We love to see children at C&C and can often offer special junior rates for kids under 12. However, please note that during peak periods such as Friday, Saturday & festive periods, it is likely that we will have to charge the full service rate.
We advise that you call the salon directly to book in your children.
We are delighted to offer 10% student discount with a valid SU card on cut and finish services with selected stylists Wednesday to Friday.
Exceptional hair care products are the foundation of all great hair styles which is why we use luxury, ethical brand Davines. What’s more they are a CO2 neutral brand whose mission is to promote a holistic, soulful, healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Manufactured in Italy, the products are free from silicones, parabens, mineral oils, artificial colours and animal derivatives.
We use Wella, L’Oreal and Davines for all our hair colour services.
Please be aware no colour service can be performed without a valid skin test in the salon (24 hours prior to appointment). Colman & Colman follow a colour responsible policy for the safety of our clients, as well as peace of mind of our stylists.

C&C Complaint policy:
Our team take great pride in their work and our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive. We run a professional business and we aim for the highest standards in everything we do. Complaints are rare but we take them seriously, so we have a complaints policy and process we follow to make sure things are put right where needed and we learn from your feedback.
Tell someone you’re not happy with the service you’ve received, either while you’re in the salon or as soon as possible after leaving.
We will listen to your feedback and ask questions as necessary to understand why you are making a complaint.
If you have already left the building please don’t go to another salon as we would like to see exactly what the service or treatment you received from us looks like. We will arrange a suitable time for you to come back into our salon and discuss your complaint in private.
Where we think your complaint is reasonable, we will redo the part or all of the service or treatment again as soon as possible, free of charge. The work will be done by a different stylist if you prefer.
If we can’t fix the problem, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on how reasonable we consider your complaint to be.
